Air-operated diaphragm pumps
RFM/RFML 10, 15, 25, 40
The air-operated diaphragm pumps RFM/RFML 10, 15, 25, 40 are oscillating displacement pumps consisting of two pump housings and one control box. In the two pump housings are diaphragms in a vertical position that are connected centrically with a shaft. That causes that the two diaphragms move simultaneously to each other.
Via the control unit regulated by compressed air the shaft ensures the simultaneous pumping and venting of the two inner diaphragm chambers. If air is forced into one of the chambers the diaphragm is pressed horizontally outwards.
By the connecting axis the other diaphragm is pulled inward what leads to a suction process of the medium. After the suction process the shaft changes the direction and the process described before is performed in the reverse manner.
